These Terms and Conditions apply to the Allure Jigsaw mobile application and any related services provided by Allure (collectively, the "Application"). Throughout these Terms, Allure is referred to as the "Service Provider."

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on your personal mobile device for personal, non-commercial purposes.

· Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices contained within the Application.
The Application, including but not limited to its software, source code, design, graphics, artwork, trademarks, logos, content, and branding, is owned by Allure and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
All rights, titles, and interests related to the Application remain the exclusive property of the Service Provider.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights or permission to use the Service Provider's trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property without prior written authorization.
You must be legally permitted to use the Application under the laws of your jurisdiction.
You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction, to use the Application.
If you are under the applicable age requirement, your parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf before you use the Application.
If the Application allows users to upload, submit, share, or create content, you agree that you will not submit content that:
· Violates any applicable laws or regulations.
· Infringes upon any third-party intellectual property rights.
· Contains abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or hateful material.
· Promotes discrimination, violence, or illegal activities.
· Contains spam, phishing attempts, malware, or harmful code.
· Violates another person's privacy or personal data rights.
· Contains misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive information.
· Contains inappropriate explicit content or prohibited material.
The Service Provider reserves the right to remove content, restrict access, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

By submitting content through the Application, you grant the Service Provider a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content only as necessary to operate, maintain, improve, and provide the Application services.

The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will always be available or error-free. The Service Provider is not responsible for interruptions caused by internet connectivity, device limitations, third-party services, maintenance, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
The Service Provider may suspend or terminate your access to the Application if you:
· Violate these Terms.
· Violate applicable laws or regulations.
· Engage in activities that may harm other users, the Application, or the Service Provider.
Where appropriate, the Service Provider may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the violation before termination.
Upon termination, your right to use the Application immediately ends, and you must delete the Application from your devices.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities arising from the use or inability to use the Application.
The Service Provider's total liability related to the Application shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Application or related services during the previous twelve (12) months, or the minimum amount required by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Allure and its affiliates, partners, employees, and service providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from:
· Your misuse of the Application.
· Your violation of these Terms.
· Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where the Service Provider is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
The Service Provider may update or modify these Terms from time to time.
Any changes will become effective when the updated Terms are published. Your continued use of the Application after changes become effective means that you accept the revised Terms.
